Housing Strategy and Affordable Housing

The Council's Housing Strategy sets out objectives for the future with regard to the strategic housing function.

It is an overarching document that brings together other sub-strategies such as the Homelessness Strategy and Affordable Housing Strategy and complements the Council's Corporate strategies and objectives.

It includes details of current and future resources, partnerships and sources of funding and has a detailed action plan, which sets out objectives and targets for across the Housing Service.
