Hertfordshire Infrastructure Investment Strategy (HIIS) 2009
October 2009
This is a countywide study which provides a better understanding of the infrastructure needs associated with growth. It includes a long-term funding model for Hertfordshire and offers advice to councils and public service agencies both on likely future demands and funding opportunities. It covers issues relating to planning obligations, tariffs and a prospective community infrastructure levy.

Green Infrastructure Background Paper 2010

Reviews the context for green infrastructure in Dacorum, identifies existing green infrastructure assets through text and maps and highlights potential areas for developing the local GI networks.
It is intended to inform a full green infrastructure study being carried out at both county and borough level. The full study is due for publication in spring 2011.

Strategic Infrastructure Reports 2011

This study provides an audit of the borough’s existing infrastructure and compares this to the amount of infrastructure required to serve the projected population up to 2031. The cost of the required infrastructure is estimated and the relevant agencies are identified. This study builds upon the work contained in the Hertfordshire Infrastructure and Investment Study and supports the Core Strategy.
