Core Strategy (Sept 2013)
Interactive Adopted Local Plan
The Dacorum Borough Local Plan was adopted on 21 April 2004.
By direction of the Secretary of State all policies in the plan have been saved - i.e. still apply - except Policy 27. You can download the Direction on saved Local Plan policies (PDF 635 KB).
Please note that the Core Strategy only supersedes the Local Plan in part. Local Plan policy schedule (status post Core Strategy adoption)
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
CIL is a new way of collecting financial contributions from developments towards the provision of infrastructure required to support growth within the Borough. We’ve recently submitted the Council’s Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule and supporting policies to the Planning Inspectorate for examination. Section 106 model template
- For applications involving five or fewer dwellings, please download and complete a copy of the s106 unilateral undertaking model template from the S106 Planning Obligations page.
C-Plan energy and sustainability statements
- For all applications, other than householder, please complete and submit an on-line energy and sustainability statement through the C-Plan carbon compliance tool.
