Application forms

This page contains all of the application forms and online applications available for alcohol, entertainment and late-night refreshment licences.

For details of the application fees payable with each type of application, please see our Licensing fees and charges.

Temporary Event Notices (TENs)

TENs are often used for large, one-off events, like fetes and festivals. It is best to supply a risk assessment if submitting a TEN for such an event, so that our Environmental Health team can assess this in line with current COVID-related guidance. If a TEN is being submitted for a more simple reason - for example, a licensed premises operating for longer hours - no risk assessment needs to be supplied.
