Dacorum at 50 Fest - Sunday 29 September 2024

Join us as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of Dacorum borough, at the Dacorum at 50 Fest. We’ll be marking this momentous occasion with a host of exciting activities and attractions for all ages across Hemel Hempstead town centre. We look forward to celebrating this moment of community, history and togetherness with you.

Event highlights

• Parade by Handmade Productions 
• Children's activities, including games and face painting
• A variety of food and refreshments provided by local vendors
• Partnership with Hemel Business Improvement District's Hullabaloo.

Sponsorship packages

1. Title sponsorship (£2,500)

• Exclusive recognition as the title sponsor of the event
• Logo placement on all promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and banners
• Acknowledgment in press releases, media coverage, and social media posts
• Opportunity to display promotional materials and engage with attendees at the event
• Recognition during opening remarks.

2. Activity sponsorships (£750 each - four available)

• Sponsorship of specific activities around the event site
• Logo placement on signage and promotional materials related to the sponsored activity
• Verbal acknowledgment of sponsorship during the sponsored activity
• Opportunity to distribute branded promotional materials or samples at the sponsored activity.

3. Community engagement sponsorship (£750)

• Sponsorship focused on community engagement initiatives such as the Handmade Productions workshops in the lead up to the main event
• Logo placement on signage and materials related to community engagement activities
• Opportunity to participate in charity drive activities and engage with attendees
• Recognition during announcements related to community engagement efforts.

4. Supporting sponsorships (£500 each - four available)

• Sponsorship recognition in event materials and signage
• Opportunity to display company logo on event website and social media platforms
• Verbal acknowledgment during the event's opening remarks.
