Osborne changes name to Cardo

Our repairs and maintenance partners, Osborne Property Services, has changed its name to Cardo.

This means there will be a change to:

  • uniforms
  • identification badges
  • vehicle branding
  • email addresses.

Cardo is letting our tenants and leaseholders know about the change through letters and reminder texts. If you contact the repairs call centre you will hear a pre-recorded message explaining the branding change.

Tenants can still report repairs online and on the freephone number in the same way as before.

Gas and central heating repairs 

If you need a gas or central heating repair, please contact Sun Realm Heating Company Ltd on dbc-enquiries@sunrealm.co.uk or phone Freephone 0800 018 6050 (option 1).

If you need to contact Cardo (formerly Osborne), please use the Freephone number 0800 018 6050 (option 2).
