Resident parking permits
Anyone who lives in a Controlled Parking Zone will need to create an account on the permit system and apply for a Resident Permit or Visitor Parking Sessions.
You will need to supply evidence that you live in the zone and that the vehicle qualifies for a permit. Once the application and supporting evidence have been submitted, payment will be requested, which must be made via debit or credit card. You will not receive a resident permit or visitor scratch cards to display in the vehicle as these are not required.
