Private enforcement companies do operate in Dacorum, on private land and in agreement with land owners. For example, the loading bays behind the shops in Hemel Hempstead town centre and in private residential areas like Stephenson Wharf in Apsley.
Please make sure that you park legally. If in doubt, use one of our public car parks.
