"We are deeply saddened by the loss of life that is taking place in Israel and Gaza. Our thoughts are with those affected by the current situation, including anyone in Dacorum with family and friends who have lost their lives, are still missing or injured.

"We hope that a lasting and peaceful resolution is found to prevent further loss of life in the region.
