Business centres

We manage two business centres within Maylands Business Park in Hemel Hempstead, providing modern, serviced facilities to start-up, micro or small Dacorum businesses.

Maylands Business Centre, on Redbourn Road, offers 13 serviced offices and 23 light industrial units, while Kylna Business Centre, located on the junction of Wood Lane End and Maylands Avenue, houses eight serviced offices. Between these sites, we can cater for companies needing a small unit with one workstation or a larger space with up to 10 workstations.

We also offer a fully serviced workspace called Flexidesx. We have 10 desks in an open plan space that can be booked by the hour, day or week to suit your requirements. Alternatively, you can rent a dedicated small or large meeting room.

Our services extend to those businesses who are not yet ready to take on premises, through our hot desk, mail handling and virtual office facilities.

Our Economic Development team offer a high level of business support and advice to help achieve growth and enhance new businesses' rates of survival.
