We're looking to improve our telephone services - so we want your feedback on how we can make them better.
We'll be holding one-to-one sessions at The Forum, in Hemel Hempstead, for you to share your experience of the following telephone services:

- Refuse and Recycling
- Strategic Housing (Housing Operations and Safe Communities)
- Pollution
- Pest Control
- Business Rates
- Clean, Safe and Green
- Benefits
- Council Tax
