What you can expect
At our family friendly event, you will be able to meet and talk to teams from our Housing service. They will be on hand to tell you about the support we can offer, but also to answer and questions you might have and to get feedback on how we are doing. There will be four guest speakers attending the event, with further details to be confirmed.
Also included will be activities to keep children entertained and a free snack and hot drink available for the first 250 participants (see below for more details). There will be a number of freebies on offer, and free raffles to enter, with prizes including a slow cooker, hampers and gift cards.

Guest speakers
There will be four guest speakers at the event. Each speech will consist of a 15-minute talk/presentation, followed by a 15-minute question and answer session. Timings to be confirmed.
Free hot drink and snack
There will be free food and drink for the first 250 participating guests.
Upon arrival you will be given a “Stamp Card” which will get stamped at each stall you visit.
- Visit five stalls to receive a free hot drink (you can also get a free kids' snack bag) from the Sunnyside café on the ground floor - just hand in your stamp card.
- Visit 10 stalls to receive a free snack, plus the hot drink mentioned above (and kids' snack bag if you need it)
- Bonus: If you fill in your contact details on the back of the stamp card before handing it in, you’ll be entered into an exciting prize draw!
Children's activities
There will be fun activities running throughout, such as free face painting (between 3.30pm and 5.30pm), a treasure hunt-style event and a colouring competition with a range of prizes to be won.
