The Community Trigger
The Community Trigger is a tool that allows you to request a review of your case if you believe that no action has been taken in response to your reports of anti-social behaviour. Agencies including us, the police, local health teams and registered providers of social housing have a duty to do a case review when someone requests one and the case meets our criteria. Any person can use the Community Trigger on behalf of a victim. However, the victim must give their consent to the person using the Community Trigger on their behalf.
When to use the Community Trigger
You can use the Trigger if you have submitted three separate reports to us about the same issue in the past six months, or when there have been three similar reports from separate people in the past six months.
