Call for potential development sites
Call for sites 2017
Between 1 November and 13 December 2017 we invited the public, developers and landowners to submit details to us of sites in Dacorum that they considered to be suitable for development over the next 20 years for potential inclusion in our new Local Plan. We were interested in sites of at least 0.3 hectares in area, or which could accommodate 10 or more homes or have a floorspace of at least 500 square metres.
The process was run at the same time as the Brownfield Land Register call for sites (see below).

Brownfield Land Register
In parallel with the Local Plan, we also collected information on potential development sites within the borough to inform our Brownfield Land Register.
Between 1 November and 13 December 2017 we asked if you knew of any brownfield sites (or previously developed land or buildings) in Dacorum that could be developed or redeveloped, and which might help us identify housing-led development sites. This could include an element of non-residential uses such as retail, office space or community uses.
We were particularly interested in sites of at least 0.25 hectares, or which could accommodate five or more dwellings.
