Our Dacorum Community Safety Partnership invites residents, businesses and visitors to share their views and experiences in the 2024 Community Safety Survey.

This short online survey aims to understand your concerns and priorities regarding safety, crime, and anti-social behaviour in the borough. Your valuable feedback will be crucial for the Partnership to develop effective strategies and improvement plans to make Dacorum a safer place for everyone.

Everyone with a connection to the borough is invited to find out more and respond online:

The survey runs until 11.59pm on Friday 1 March 2024. Anyone without internet access can get paper copies of the survey, by calling 01442 228021 or by visiting the reception desk at The Forum in Hemel Hempstead.

Claire Hamilton, our Chief Executive and Chair of Dacorum Community Safety Partnership, said: “Building a clean, safe and enjoyable environment starts with understanding the needs and concerns of our residents. I’m pleased to release our first partnership survey, which will provide valuable insights into the perceptions and experiences of our local communities. By involving the residents of Dacorum in the survey process, this will promote collaborative working and empower residents to contribute to creating a safer community for all.”

David Skarratts, Chief Inspector for Dacorum, Hertfordshire Constabulary, said: “We’re committed to working with our local partners to tackle crime and keep people safe across the whole of Dacorum. Feedback from members of the public is vital to ensure that local resources are focusing on the issues that matter most. I’d encourage everyone to please take some time to complete this survey, as your views really do make a difference.”
