All bookings should give at least two weeks' notice.

Please note, if you wish to fundraise for charity, you will need to apply for a street collection permit issued by us. Full details and how to apply can be found on our Street Collection page.

In some instances you may be required to complete a food hygiene questionnaire or apply for a street trading licence so please be as accurate as possible.
Please note that users of the Rainbow Stage will be responsible for clearing any litter generated by their event. For all food related events a detailed waste management plan will be required.
We need to make sure that you have thought about all of the things that could go wrong with your event which could result in injury (to yourself or the general public) and that you have taken steps to limit these happening. Please use the box below to record this.
Risk - The choir has 25 members and someone could fall off the stage.
Mitigating actions - We will maintain a one-metre buffer zone around the choir on the stage.
This should include your plans for setting up and packing away, as well as a rough idea of timings.
