Supported housing options
Supported housing is accommodation for people who are aged 60 and over, who can live on their own but who would like to have support close by.
We have 33 supported housing schemes across Dacorum with a range of self-contained flats and bungalows.
We also manage a large number of flats and bungalows which are not part of a scheme, but are designed to meet the needs of older people. Social gatherings and activities are often available within these schemes.
Flexicare housing is available at Evelyn Sharp House for people who want to remain independent but have support available when they need it.
Each supported housing scheme has a supported housing officer (working five days a week) who runs the scheme and looks after the residents’ well-being.
All properties in supported housing schemes are connected to the community alarm system.

We will be collecting bins from roads where it is safe to do so. Please leave your bins out for collection. If your bins have not yet been collected, leave them on the boundary of your property and we will collect them as soon as conditions allow. ×
