Tenants' and Leaseholders' Survey 2018

Every two years we carry out a satisfaction survey to build up a picture of how satisfied our tenants and leaseholders are with various aspects of the service we provide.

We use the results to target resources at the areas that you think should be a priority.

We aim to get a cross-section of responses to represent our tenant population in terms of age, gender, property type and location. We’ll be making phone calls to around 1,000 randomly selected phone numbers in January and early February 2018, as well as visiting our sheltered schemes to ask older tenants what they think.

The surveys

  • Supported Housing tenants – if you live in a sheltered scheme or a flat or bungalow served by a supported Housing Officer.
  • Leaseholders – if you own and/or live in a flat that has been bought from the council.
