Colourful Minds: Online Creative Therapy Programme 

Colourful Minds is a free 12-week creative art therapy course for those with mild to moderate mental health issues, such as stress, anxiety, depression or other conditions affecting mental wellbeing. Applications are now open for our next online course, starting 9 April 2021. 

The sessions will provide an opportunity to explore creative art in a supportive and confidential group setting. No experience is needed to take part, everyone is welcome. The course is funded by ourselves and run by a qualified art therapist from Herts Inclusive Theatre, our delivery partner. 

When and where?

  • Starting 9 April 2021
  • Every Friday from 10.30am to 12.30pm for 12 weeks
  • Weekly sessions are delivered online via Zoom

Who's it for?

For Dacorum residents aged 18 and over with mild to moderate mental health conditions.
The course is free and materials are provided.

How to apply

Please note: application is by referral only from a medical/health professional, such as your GP, health worker, qualified counsellor, a support agency or support worker.

Please complete and submit the online application form (see link, below). Ensure you submit your details and the contact details for your referrer. Your referrer will then receive a separate online form to complete and submit. Once both sections have been received, you will be contacted about the course. The closing date for applications is Monday 29 March 2021.
