Colourful Minds: Online Creative Therapy Programme 

Colourful Minds is a free 12-week creative therapy course for those with mild to moderate mental health issues, such as stress, anxiety, depression or other conditions affecting mental wellbeing.

The course is funded by ourselves and run by a qualified art therapist from Herts Inclusive Theatre, our delivery partner. The sessions will provide an opportunity to explore creative art in a supportive and confidential group setting. No experience is needed to take part, everyone is welcome.

When and where?

  • Starting with a taster session on Friday 5 November 2021
  • Friday 19 November 2021 - Friday 25 February 2022 (excluding 24 and 31 December)
  • Every Friday from 10.30am to 12.30pm for 12 weeks
  • Weekly sessions are delivered online via Zoom

Who's it for?

For Dacorum residents aged 18 and over with mild to moderate mental health conditions.

The course is free and materials are provided.

Application is by referral only from your GP, medical/health professional or support agency.
