Dacorum Borough Council is committed to supporting Fairtrade and is involved in assisting Hemel Hempstead to become a Fairtrade town. We also continue to support Tring and Berkhamsted, who gained Fairtrade Town status in 2007.  The aim to gain Fairtrade Borough status for Dacorum by the end of 2008.

As awareness of Fairtrade is heightened, demand for products is growing.  Why not become a Fairtrade Retailer, Caterer or Business?  It couldn't be easier, all you have to do is commit to stocking or serving a minimum of two Fairtrade lines.  Businesses - you can supply Fairtrade refreshments to your employees/clients.  With a major supplier of Fairtrade coffee in Dacorum, everything you need is right on your doorstep.  To be counted as a Fairtrade outlet or businesses, your products must be branded with the official Fairtrade Foundation logo (pictured above), we will then be able to add you to the forthcoming Fairtrade Directory.

The Fairtrade Directory is a comprehensive guide of Fairtrade Retailers and Caterers in Dacorum - AVAILABLE NOW - please contact us and we will send you a copy.
