Dacorum Energy Savers has been run by
Dacorum Borough Council since 1997. It aims to encourage and
support local residents to save energy, save money and fight
climate change at the same time. It is part of the Council’s
way of meeting it’s obligations under the Home Energy Conservation
Act and the Nottingham Declaration.
