Important Information
The Council manages 21 pay and display car
parks and 5 free to use car parks across the Borough,
including one owned by Tring Town Council. These offer
approximately 2300 spaces, and additional parking is offered by
on-street parking spaces. The Council is responsible for
the enforcement of these car parks and waiting restrictions on the
public highway within the Borough.

Annual Parking Enforcement Report 2008/2009
In accordance with the Traffic Management Act
2004, local authorities that carry out civil parking enforcement
are required to publish an annual report.
The report includes
the items described in "The Statutory Guidance to Local
Authorities on the Civil Enforcement of Parking Regulations"
and explains the statistics in the context of our overall
policy objectives.
