The Business Contact Centre aims to be a single
point of contact for Businesses Dacorum wide. Staffed and
supported by a team of professional people, who will help to
understand the needs of your business, and offer support and
assistance, in all areas of your business to enhance your
competitiveness and increase your success. Dacorum is a
prosperous District with a high proportion of small business and
entrepreneurship, which is vital to offer a wide choice of
employment opportunities for local people. As well as care
for existing Businesses, we work with Regional and County
organisations to attract appropriate new business, as well as
assisting in Start-up Businesses.
A wide range of services is available from the
Business Contact Centre, including Networking opportunities through
various sources, providing a local business voice putting concerns
to the local Strategic Partnership, and providing economic
information from employment levels to house prices. We also
benefit from being in a prime position to liaise with other Dacorum
Council Departments, so we can access planning, environmental
health, commercial work and other issues, with as little red tape
as possible.
Not just a service - a partnership
Every business, no matter how large or small,
can benefit from support and advice from time to time. With
so many options and organisations to choice from, where do you turn
to guarantee you will get the service you need. The Business
Contact Centre is unique, in so far as if we don’t have the
answers, or advice you need, we can signpost you to one of our
Partnership Organisations who will be able to help.
