Dacorum Housing Service provides a wide
range of services both to its tenants and to the wider community.
Dacorum has just over 11,000 homes that it manages, this represents
about one fifth of those in the Borough.
We are an organisation that is keen to develop
and improve services for our customers. We have completed
three Best Value Reviews and have been judged as providing a good 2
star service with either promising or good chances of
improvement.

We're here to help! We've just launched a new
campaign to encourage our tenants to get in touch if they are
having problems paying the rent.

gathered together help and advice on beating the credit crunch.
Services provided to our tenants include: -
Managing the housing register and transfer
list, rent recovery, dealing with anti-social behaviour and
neighbourhood issues, estate managament and tenant involvement
and consultation
Your right to repair, requesting a
repair, major and programmed works and other issues
relating to the maintenance of your home.
Details of sheltered accommodation available
to tenants aged 65 and over and information regarding the
community alarm system
Free and confidential advice and assistance to
anyone with a housing need, a housing enquiry or any housing
related matter and dealing with homelessness.
