Energy Rating Calculations
Building Control are now offering an Energy
Rating Calculation Service both for new dwellings and also
extensions (where required).
The service costs £100 + VAT (£117.50 including
VAT), and has a turnaround of between five - ten working
days at the current time. All that is required is for you to
complete a form which is available below, or from our
administration team on 01442 228587. Once completed, you
can forward the form to us, together with the
correct fee and any detailed plans and calculations.
This service is available for works in
any Borough, not only Dacorum.
Energy Performance Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates
are available for a fee of £75 + VAT (£88.13 including
VAT).
This service is available through the Building
Control Department who now have qualified home condition
surveyors and domestic energy assessors (DEA). We also have a
non-domestic energy assessors (NDEA) for all non-domestic
requirements.
